Customers outside the UK – please read our International Orders guidance before ordering.
Time to Dispatch
I aim to dispatch all orders within 7 calendar days of the date of the order being received (as of 19th August 2026, we are in a particularly busy period for orders and are working to despatch goods more quickly than this). I will notify you if it will be longer than this for any reason outside of our control.
UK Delivery
All deliveries within the UK are by Royal Mail:
- Orders under £30 will be sent by 2nd Class post and should be with you in 2 to 3 working days from when you receive your completed order notification, but may be as long as 7 days
- Orders over £30 will be sent by 1st Class post as a minimum and should be with you on the next working day from when you receive your completed order notification, but some take 2 days
- If your parcel is over 2.5cm thick or 750g in weight we upgrade to Tracked48 at no extra cost – usually the case when you order lots of items, in particular the Midwifery Poster Bundle
- Super Bundles, Education Bundles, Practical Bundles and Midwifery Revision Flashcards are always sent by Tracked48
- Delivery is always free over £50 in the UK (excluding any digital download items)

International Deliveries
The shop is configured to allow delivery to almost every country in the world. Always check the Royal Mail International Bulletin before ordering outside of the UK (except Super Bundles where a courier will be used). Please also read our International Order guidance.
To find out your delivery cost add the item and then view your cart. Click ‘Calculate shipping’ and put in your country.
Except for parcels to the USA and Canada (see below), all international deliveries are by Royal Mail:
- Orders under £40 will be sent by International Standard Delivery – this delivery typically takes 14-21 working days
- Orders over £40 will be sent by International Tracked Delivery – this delivery typically takes 14-21 working days. Level of tracking once outside the UK varies by destination
Europe:
Orders under €150 (before taxes and excluding shipping and duties):
We use an external service (EAS Project) to pre-calculate local taxes – the equivalent of our VAT – and pay this in advance using the EU’s IOSS system. Their system can be a bit glitchy occasionally when the calculation is performed, so sometimes you need to click the button twice – that’s at the EU’s end, not ours. IOSS is only valid for orders up to €150 (before taxes and excluding shipping and duties) so anything up to our Super Bundle is pre-paid.
Pre-payment of taxes is also not a sensible option if purchasing as a business, as you would pay the tax and then need to reclaim it… instead you can enter your registration number to order without taxes.
Orders €150 and over:
Over €150 we are not allowed to pre-pay taxes using IOSS and the customer is responsible at point of delivery. If that’s the case, we don’t add anything and the final price is without taxes – do get in touch with us if you have any queries on this.
All EU Orders:
On 1st July 2026 the EU abolished the ‘de minimis’ rule for orders under €150 which were previously exempt from customs duties. Instead as a temporary measure they now charge €3 per item category customs duties. Frustratingly this is not being implemented consistently across the EU countries. We have minimised our customs category codes as far as we reasonably can, which means that our largest product – the Super Bundle – should incur no more than €9 customs duties. Where possible, we are trying to get this cost passed back to us through Royal Mail or our courier.
The USA:
TARIFFS: These are entirely the responsibility of the customer
- As a result of Trump’s abolition of the de minimis rule all orders to the USA are currently being sent by international courier, mainly UPS but this may need to change at short notice to achieve better delivery reliability. The courier will contact you to collect Trump’s Tariffs and any other duties or taxes due which are the customer’s responsibility. Unfortunately we have to reflect the use of couriers in our shipping pricing.
Canada, Australia and New Zealand:
- Super Bundles, parcels over £100 in value or those which exceed 2kg in shipping weight are being sent to Canada, Australia and New Zealand by tracked courier delivery which typically takes less than 5 working days from date of despatch.
- Canada – the only item which customs may decide to assess as due customs duties is our lanyards, where they may charge 90p duties and a handling fee. However, the strict application of the rules is that because our lanyards are manufactured in the UK they should be duty free. They may charge GST/HST.
- Australia – should be entirely free of taxes and duties due to trade arrangements and GST registration thresholds not being met as Student Studygram Ltd is a small company
- New Zealand – should be free of taxes, but NZ has introduced a Low-Value Goods Import Levy. At the moment implementation of this is unclear to us.
For All Orders
You will only be charged one delivery fee, which is the fee for the most expensive item to post.
