If something’s not quite right, please give us the chance to fix it! We can only solve any problems if you get in touch. We are a small, family business and we care deeply about our reputation. We’ve now completed thousands of orders with very few problems along the way and we want to keep that going.

Occasionally things go wrong… we try to inspect every product before we send them out. We check for dog-earred or marked prints. We have evolved our packaging considerably to try to ensure it reaches you in great condition. Nevertheless, occasionally something will slip past us or the delivery companies get it wrong.
