Midwifery Observations Notepads, A6 size with 50 tear-off sheets per pad. Perfect to slip into the pocket of your uniform top. There are three variants to choose from or you can buy a pack of all three.
Option 1: Basic Observations
The basic Observations notepad allows for up to three observation records per tear-off sheet, perfect for use around the antenatal and postnatal wards. Prompts are provided for typical observations. The back is plain for any extended notes. This product is ideal for Student Midwives, Midwives, MSWs and MCAs.
Option 2: Antenatal Observations
The Antenatal Observations notepad allows a single record of observations per tear-off sheet. Extended prompts are provided for a more thorough antenatal assessment, ideal for use in clinic, day assessment units or antenatal wards. This product is intended for Student Midwives or Midwives.
Option 3: Postnatal Observations
The Postnatal Observations notepad allows a single record of observations per tear-off sheet. Extended prompts are provided for a more thorough postnatal assessment, ideal for use in postnatal wards. This product is intended for Student Midwives or Midwives.
Option 4: Triple-Pack
A triple-pack of 1x Basic Observations Notepad, 1x Antenatal Observations Notepad and 1x Postnatal Observations Notepad, saving £1.98 (price if bought separately £11.97).
All notepads are professionally printed on 120gsm smooth paper, glued on the short top edge. There are 50 printed sheets per pad backed with heavy grey board. A6 size – 148mm x 105mm (5-7/8″ x 4-1/8″). Price is for a single pad of 50 sheets.
For confidentiality reasons, we highly recommend that you DO NOT USE the person’s name for the ‘person’ field, such as bay and bed, room number, etc… Please ensure that you treat completed sheets as confidential waste.
